Our Residential Design Process
Phase 1: Initial Consultation
The first phase of the overall residential design process is the interview. We encourage the client to share their vision and budget with us. Size of rooms, how the rooms relate to one another, special furniture or artwork to be accommodated, the future residents’ lifestyle and entertainment habits, and evaluation of the client’s property are items to consider
Phase 2: The Preliminary Sketch
The basic goal of this phase is to establish the shape and size of the building with some basic plans of the spaces. This is where we figure out more or less how the building will look and operate. This phase has a great deal of sketching and modeling with lots of meetings with the client and is the outline for the entire residential design project.
Phase 3: Working Drawings
We utilize home design software that you can VISUALIZE! watch us in action!
Phase 4: Approval
Plans are reviewed, any changes/corrections are made and final residential architectural plans are drawn up.
